Manuka Essential Oil Botanical name of Manuka Essential oil is Leptospermum scoparium. This Manuka is also called as Manuka tea tree it is a very short tree which grows only 2m to 5m in height. This tree is a found in Australia and some parts of New Zealand. The tree bears white flowers which are steam distilled to produce manuka essential oil. Manuka oil is used internally as well as externally. Because of its strong strength giving and healing capabilities it is used in many medicines.
