Apricot Kernel Oil Botanical name of the oil is Prunus armeniaca. The oil is also called as apricot kernet oil. The carrier oil is obtained from apricot pit through cold pressed process. The fruit is a yellow to orange fruit with a little pit inside the fruit. This pit inside the apricot is pressed and refined to get the oil. The oil possesses ideal moisturizing experience for dry to mature skin types.  The oil is commonly used in the massaging industry.
