Coriander Oleoresins Botanical name of the oleoresin is Corriandrum sativum. In ayurveda coriander is considered as a coolant, digestive and diuretic. Mostly solvent extraction method is used to obtain coriander oleoresin from dried seeds of the coriander plant. Coriander oleoresin is used in making several edible items such as sauces, soups, pickles and fruit desserts.
