Garlic Oleoresins  Botanical name of this oleoresin is Trigonella foenum-graecum. Other names of garlic are clove garlic, allium, ajo, rocambole, stinking rose, nectar of the gods, poor man’s treacle, rustic treacle and camphor of the poor. Garlic oleoresin is extracted from the solvent extraction method of the crushed bulbs of the garlic plant. Garlic oleoresin is used as an antibacterial, anti-hypertension and antiseptic.
