Evening Primrose Carrier Oil Botanical name of the oil is Oenothera biennis. Other names of the evening primrose are ‘Night candle’, night willow-herb, sun drop, king’s cure-all, scabish, cowslip and fever plant. The oil is extrcated from the dried seeds of this plant.
