Bergamot Hydrosol Botanical name of this hydrosol is citrus bergamia. Other names of this hydrosol are wild bergamot and bee balm. The hydrosol is made from cold pressing the peels of bergamot fruit which is known to grow on organic citrus bergermia tree. The hydrosol is used in various therapies and flavoring of foods. It is used in lowering of fever and cold.
