Mandarin Essential Oil Botanical name of the oil is Citrus reticulate. The oil is steam distilled from the fruits of mandarin trees which are member of orange family. Pure essential Mandarin oil is extracted from the outer peel of the fruit by means of a method known as cold compression. The oil is having many medicinal usages like it helps in treating stress and wrinkles, scars, oily skins, dull skin, dark spots, acne and insomnia.
